Receive Your Confirmation
Immediately after payment you receive a unique entry reference number by email and SMS. Your entries are registered in our secure, tamper-proof draw system.
Watch the Live Draw
When all entries are sold the draw is conducted live on Instagram and YouTube, witnessed by an independent auditor and a notary public. Anyone can watch.
Winner Announced & Verified
The winner is identified by their reference number, then verified against their personal details. Our legal team contacts them within 24 hours to begin the prize handover.
Collect the Keys
The full legal title of the property is transferred to the winner at no extra cost. The winner collects the keys at a public ceremony, which is also broadcast live.
